First winner of American Idol, has a great voice. Can sing any genre of music really well. And one of the few winners of these singing contests that has sole records and been on the radio. I can only think of a handful of American Idol on FOX that have made it big. I know of no one from American Idol ABC that’s made it.

Sure, her personality is annoying and sure she's gained some weight (as have I and many many other people) but that does not take away from her talent. She has a beautiful voice.

Almost perfect, except for the slight lisp and her breathing is a little off. Whitney Houston, now she had a perfect voice.

There was a singing show on NBC called Thats my jam last year where on one episode they got all of the voice hosts doing a singing competition. Kelly, Ariana, Blake and John Legend. Kelly blew them all away! I didn’t realize how versatile and talented she was.
