Ooh! I live here, here are my rec’s, all have been mentioned, but putting in order for a Mother’s Day meal.
1. Burtons- so good- it’s new American upscale chain restaurant with great seafood, awesome gluten free options. can be a bit speedy, try to make a reservation, they’ll be busy
2. Bus Boys and Poets, delicious brunch and All day menu, very inclusive for vegetarians, gluten free, etc.
3. Franklins, good pub food, excellent outdoor dining
4. Texas 250 BBQ, fabulous Austin TX style bbq
5. Taqueria Habanero- really amazing tacos

This is pp, meant to say Burton’s can be spendy, not speedy.
