Besides being overpriced what’s wrong with them?

The second one went contingent. Seemed like the better of the two but I still wonder why it took so long. Just price?

Vienna is outside the Beltway. When things cool down even at all, it impacts Vienna before Bethesda, Chevy Chase, McLean, or Arlington.

NP. Yawn, no, it's just the whole Bethesda, CC, McLean, Arlington comparison has gotten really stale. Come up with something fresh.

Not sure what you're crying about. but do you really not understand that mid-priced properties further out take longer to sell when the market cools off? This isn't complicated.

This thread is about Vienna and not about any of the other locations. Why even bring them up? You think it's insightful? It is not.

A much smaller, much older house on busy Nutley less than 1/2 mile away just sold for 1.1 million. Surprised the 1st house isn't sold.

It is an NDI home - likely cost less than $400k to construct. Ultra cheap and bottom of barrel construction quality. Trust me…I live not too far away.

100% agree. I truly despise those new ugly craftsman style houses everywhere.

+1. TOV going to look like crap in 20 years as all these cheaply built mccraftsman age poorly. I don’t have a horse in
the race but they all look the same - pretty much replicating they one story 800 sq ft brick ramblers being torn down.

I totally get that these colonials are also developer made, but at least colonials match Virginia. Craftsman looks awkwardly out of place

Do you really not understand that there are booming job markets outside the Beltway? Tysons and Dulles Corridor, for example. This isn’t complicated.

Further out from what? Are you still under the impression all the ‘good jobs’ are in DC/Arlington? There is a healthy tech industry out here in the burbs. Vienna tech people can drive against traffic to Reston quickly and the Dulles corridor
