Moving from out of srate

Look at the Colgan High School pyramid (Colgan/Benton/Marshall)- it's Manassas mailing address but outside of the city of Manassas. The high school is located on Rt 234 - so it's easy access to either Rt 66 to the north or 95 to the south. I work from home full time (did this prior to even moving here 4 years ago), but DH commutes to downtown 2-3 days a week. He usually grabs a bus at the commuter lot on 234 by 95 - but sometimes he'll drive in and just use the express lanes. Colgan opened in 2016 I believe - DS is about to graduate and DD is a freshman now.

PP - I will say though that houses go extremely fast in this district - all of the ones that have sold in our neighborhood in the past couple of years are under contract within a couple days of being listed (at the most). I'm only seeing a handful of houses up right now that aren't pending.
