You just have to cook your own. It is more effort, but you can cut up and freeze. Roast chickens, turkeys, etc and carve them up for lunch meats.
Anything from the deli counter is going to be sodium bombs. People who consume more deli meats and other preserved meats have hugely increased risks for pancreatic cancer. Consume sparingly. |
