Sounds like an abuser who roots for McKenzie’s mom. Or McKenzie’s mom herself.

Interestingly the e-mailers who initially contacted Penn were identified in one case as a parent and in the other as anonymous, later identified as a former classmate. Doesn’t appear to be much on the surface to amount to much until we realize that the mother’s attorney is the father of a former classmate. Suddenly these e-mails become very suspicious. Could very well be the mother’s attorney acting on her behalf and his daughter as the anonymous e-mailer. There would be no mystery if Penn had simply been transparent in their process and identified who these e-mailed were.
