Can’t spread shingles.

The direct contact with the fluid from the rash blisters can spread varicella zoster virus (the same virus that causes chickenpox) to people who have never had chicken pox or never received the chicken pox vaccine

Cover the blisters and or stay home until healed. Go get the rash evaluated to minimize the potential chronic symptoms

For people who had more systemic symptoms, how long did the fatigue last from the time of the rash showing up?
