Republicans love handouts? Please explain these numbers to me

Why do farm subsidies not qualify as government handouts? Republicans oppose support to poor brown folks, because they are just lazy people looking for something for nothing. When it's white folks, these are salt-of-the-earth Americans getting what they are entitled to. Duh!
