There was no reason other than Wilson’s vanity for releasing a statement before the Commonwealth’s Attorney could be obtained. Wilson was so forceful in trying to use the statement to attack NR even though he claimed to know nothing about the underlying facts.

From Dr. H's op-ed today:
"In the school division I lead, while we work closely with our local law enforcement to help keep our schools, students, and staff safe, we also have incorporated 30 minutes a day of social-emotional-learning time for all schools in our school division. In our current strategic plan, restorative-practices training for all teaching staff is now a core focus area."

That social-emotional-learning time isn't going to stop multi-assailant rapes.

How is Hutchings’ pro-SRO position consistent with Abolishing Police Practices in schools as he describes in this article. Hutchings does even do what he says he does in this article trying to puff himself up.

Neither of my kiddos, (GW and ACHS) has had this "social-emotional learning time"

At the elementary school level, my child received this “SEAL” time but at least last year in virtual it was pretty ineffective.
