Please tell me how to make veggie fajitas like a restaurant.

Trader Joe’s has a taco seasoning pouch that I use to season fajitas. Cast iron is the right way to cook them - slice the veggies thin, toss with oil and the seasoning packet, get the pan super hot, and then drop the veggies in. You need the char from the pan.

I make sheet pan fajitas by tossing a sliced onion and a couple of bell peppers in olive oil with a some ground chili powder, salt and pepper and broil for about 10 minutes. Then I add chicken or steak (or mushrooms for vegetarian) on top and season with more olive oil, salt, pepper and chili powder and broil for another 5 minutes. When you serve, squeeze on one lime
