| I would be tired too if I was this dramatic all the time |
| Love the evening sun. I’ve been slowly waking up earlier than my alarm for the past few weeks, so it wasn’t so terrible. |
It is exhausting. My toddler is worn out by 7:30. |
Are you certain it is the darkness and not the time change of losing an hour of sleep? |
| I didn’t even notice it. I was fine on seven hours of sleep on Sunday and fine with it being light later. I can’t imagine anyone being effected by an hour. How do you travel, OP? |
This should help you wake up. Sun alarm clock https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0093162RM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 |
| I have been fine since Tuesday why? Difficult getting up Monday and otherwise ok. |
It's always dark outside when I get up. Regardless of the time change. |
| Wow a lot of ignorant people on this thread who don’t understand everyone is different. |
You aren’t dramatic but you are an arsehole, my dear. |
Right? It hits people differently. It usually takes me a bit to feel normal. |
You’ve summed up a lot of DCUM; not being able to understand people just have different experiences. |
I wake up at 1 pm instead of noon.
My only complaint is I am having trouble going to sleep. I sometimes can't knock out until 4 or 5 am. But I don't work and my husband doesn't care. I have cleaned out some closets and drawers though. Since I'm on the opposite side of the house it's quiet work. Added bonus, finding stuff I bought and forgot about. |
