Hush hush little baby is the worst service ever! My husband was deployed so required a night nurse to help as I transitioned back to full time work. The woman who was assigned cancels, I did not get noticed until 30 mins before the scheduled time of her arrival. The agency knew about the cancellation the morning of as then nanny sent me a text apologizing. I contacted the company all day to get a replacement, not one response until 7:30PM with no replacements available. No refund, no competition, fully charged me without any help. Choose your care wisely.

I will say that I didn't find Hush Hush Little Baby super responsive, but I had a friend who had a great experience with them (which is why I had also communicated with the company). I did not end up using them, so can't speak to anything more than that.

In 2020 I paid $200 for 10 pm to 6 am. She rocked baby, brought baby to me for feedings, and cleaned up. Loved it as a new mom!!!

How these are rates for just a regular nanny here in LA. Nights are $40-45!
