Yes, this. And consider restraining order if she escalates after blocking her number. Make sure your kids know they are NOT to ever interact or leave with them because they are not safe.

Grandparents do have rights in the case of the parent (their child) dying or being incarcerated. Other than that, no they have no rights.

They aren't "rights". Anyone can sue anyone and even in these cases you mentioned it isn't certain the person would get access.
