Strawberry birthday cake

I made a vanilla cake with this frosting. Everyone loved it. You can buy the freeze dried strawberries at Trader Joes. It tastes better after it sits awhile to absorb flavors.

I made this for my daughter's birthday. I couldn't find freeze-dried strawberries for the frosting, so I just made white frosting and added a little food coloring. I topped it with a princess cake topper I found on Amazon. She loved it.
