What’s for dinner tonight?

Slow roasted ribs, wild salmon roasted with a brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and sriracha marinade (the almost omnivore doesn’t like salmon and the pescatarian won’t eat ribs), green beans, and a riff on Melissa Clark’s roasted potatoes and turnip dish—included some purple daikon radishes too. We should get a few meals out of this.

Chinese food. I cooked up some egg after dinner and added it to the rice and that’s my kids dinner for tomorrow night ( with sitter) and my lunch for work tomorrow.
