Plan for the week, decide what you are making each night for dinner, make a grocery list and go.
You could do this twice a week if you are worried about storage space or things going bad. We eat a lot of produce, so sometimes it is worth planning a second trip. If my best planning days, I could just plan to use the produce that keeps longer at the end of the week. |
