I don't think this is your business. I am sure the mother is well aware of any potential concerns and will raise them/already has with her child's pediatrician.

OP, your grand-nephew has a mother, a father and a pediatrician. Don’t comment on what he can’t do. Comment on what he can do. I promise, I promise, I promise that they are not just cruising along, assuming everything is fine and later they will think IF ONLY MY AUNT HAD ASKED WHY HE ISN’T WALKING.
THEY KNOW HE ISN’T WALKING. HIS PEDIATRICIAN KNOWS. THEY DO NOT NEED TO TELL YOU ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND IF YOU ASK, THEY MAY LIE OR DEFLECT BECAUSE OF HOW OUT OF LINE YOU ARE. |
