My kids refuse to take vitamins. Vegetable pills anyone know of them?

I would never give my kids vitamins unless suggested by their pediatrician.

There are creative ways to sneak vegetables into foods, if you want to go this route.

How many responders have teens? My teens spend thr bulk of their days outside of our home - school, sports, time with friends etc. Dinner is the only meal I have some control as to what is served and mine eat veggies then but that doesn’t cut it for a day of servings. Op you are now inspiring me to look into a vitamin supp.

Stop feeding them carbs!

If you can't eat carbs as a teenager, when can you eat them? Do you expect your growing teens to eat like a size 0 50 year old woman who hasn't tasted bread for 20 years?

Your kids will be fine if they don't have the optimal amount of vegetables on a daily basis as long as their diet has some balance to it.

Did your doctor also sell them to you? Juice Plus is MLM.

Anonymous wrote:I accept they are carb eaters but it’s my job as a mom to get them to eat good food and vitamins. They don’t like gummies nor Liquids and these pills, especially natural ones. are huge! They want you to take 3+ Pills a day. Unbelievable! I can’t swallow them.

I prefer natural vitamins and supplements but may have to get the manufactured one a day pills. I just hate fighting with them now that they are teens. I backed off on pushing breakfast, sigh.
Fortified cereals (Total, Product 19) may make them both want breakfast and get the vitamins in carbs. It is your job to feed them what they need ( a diabetic kid vs an athlete vs an immunocompromised shouldn't be fed the same things), not horse pills. Can you crush a flintstone as a sprinkled sweetener if they are deficient?
