Triumph Therapeutics in Spring Valley?

Check out Bumblebee on Mass.
In the end, it depends on the therapist themselves, not the practice. Ask the manager for the credentials of the person they are proposing for your child - education, length of experience with pediatric population, any special concerns (e.g. our therapist had experience at KKI and it was important to me that she was trained on working with ASD kids). For your child's age the therapist needs to be positive, playful and gentle, with good chemistry. If things don't work great, don't be afraid to switch.

I hear bumble bee doesn't take insurance - how much does a session cost? how much does an evaluation cost?

We had a good experience at Triumph. I can’t speak to long-term treatment , but we had an extensive eval done there, and I was impressed with how sensitive they were. Their findings aligned with what I’ve seen and many other therapists have observed, so I think their eval was “right” (I know “right” doesn’t make sense… I just mean on-target/reasonable/accurate etc.)

We had a positive experience with the evaluation but were underwhelmed by the OT sessions and their bills are a disaster if you are using out of network benefits.
