PP: I feel like there is an OK, if not great team, that's had some flashes of greatness. That team did not step on the pitch last night.

My hope is there they put together something that'll get us into the single elimination rounds at least.

Well he is great at the second 1/2 but the first 1/2 suck….

The U.S. dominated that game as they should have. I almost forgot Jeff Turner was even playing. Good play from their back line and ok out of midfield.

Their main issue is that they don’t have enough goal scorers and their service into the box is poor. Also, if Weah gets hurt they will have almost no one that creates anything on offense. Pulisic needs to get his head out of his rear and at least one other player up top needs to consistently emerge for the US to have a fighting chance to get into elimination rounds at the next WC.

You even forgot Turner’s first name (Matt)! I think swapping Pepi for Ferreira will make a big difference, but I wouldn’t mind it if Pulisic didn’t start v Canada.

Ha! Yes, Matt not Jeff. I think I knew a Jeff Turner in HS. Agree that Pepi is a better choice.
