Siblings playing in different clubs

Saw both my DSs wanted college ball. Playing in same clubs helped build their knowledge of the coaches and the game. It also helps you as a parent!

I think they are referring to 'nepotism' you often see with siblings. I see vastly different level of play among siblings yet all 3 or 4, etc. will somehow all make the same level team. Granted, some families all the sibs are strong, but it isn't the case a lot of the time and the younger one gets a free ride on the older ones reputation.

Ummm. Why? Not all siblings are academy/red players. They should be placed accordingly. Why is that hard?
