old dog won't sleep through the night

hi, reviving this thread as we are dealing with this with my dog. Her age is unknown as she is a rescue, but probably somewhere around 8 to 10 years. She is large, around 80 lbs. We have her on gabapentin and trazodone and she can still be up 4 to 5 times overnight. She’s a very anxious dog and since she’s older now getting her to go on walks is very difficult, moves very very slow and she resists. So tiring her out during the day is hard. I heard CBD oil might be effective. Has anyone tried that?
