Quiet and comfortable car

I had a Mercedes SL once and on way back from skiing on an empty highway I mentioned to my buddy do you like the smooth ride. He was like yea but my car is pretty smooth to.

I then inform him I am going 120mph. He was shocked. He thought I was going 80.

Those SL Mercedes are really smooth riding. Even at 120mph

If on a budget a low mileage used Buick or Cadillac very smooth.

Don’t laugh. A 2022 Chevy Malibu at $25,000 is a smooth riding four door sedan. A dying breed of car.

I drove on DC to Boston recently and price wise I was impressed. It is not a Lexus or Mercedes but at more than 1/2 the cost as great.

Yeah, dying is right. I see those cars on the side of the road and at mechanics all the time. Their reliability is poor but you probably got lucky and got a good one. Our 2015 Equinox was always dying on us (it had an engine sludge problem even though we got the oil changed just as it said) and was always stalling and shaking. It was the crappiest car my cheap husband brought home to me and I promptly got rid of it and got what I wanted.
