I would like to decide the grading scale that applies to my children. Any thing better than 50% gets an A, and you get 50% just for putting your name on it.

I decided that I don't like how the government spends my money. So instead of paying taxes I'm going to pick and choose which gov't programs/services I want to fund. So far, none look all that great so I might pass this year.

There are plenty of programs I like, but I only want to fund the portions at goes back to NOVA, not ROVA. Especially for education and transportation.

+1 Why should I be forced to send my property tax money downstate? Let localities keep their money and spend it as they see fit.
