I don’t understand these responses. Most summer “camps” for this age are basically pre-school. Lowell is good. DPR is adequate (though DCUM will argue otherwise).

Way too young for having fun during the summer? Unless you guys are confusing summer camp with sleepaway camp, this comment doesn't make any sense.
