Anyone else here starting to regret…

I'd love to run out today to get a few things but our neighborhood is still a sheet of ice. The plows took forever to get here yesterday and we've got the lovely melt and refreeze going on. I'm hoping some afternoon soon with loosen it up and I can grab a few things.

If anyone goes today let us know how the stores are looking - stocked at all or kind of empty?

I imagine no trucks got thru last night though probably some have been rolling in today as we're above freezing making it easier for them to drive; though IDK if stores have enough staff to immediately put stuff on shelves given covid. I imagine some restocking happens this afternoon/evening and hopefully a bit more thru tonight and during the day tomorrow.

And it’s impossible to get a delivery time before tomorrow night.

It’s not hoarding bc if snow at least for me - it’s trying to stay stocked up so I’m not out much in this new pandemic wave + trucks not getting thru/shelves not being stocked bc of snow and employees out sick.

Nubby thighs would be a good band name.

My son was at Lidl and got everything I asked, including organic chicken. Milk was not on the list.
