Sounds exactly like my 8 and 6 year old DDs |
| My girls are 14 and 5. There is a big age gap and the eldest wanted a little sister forever until she actually came home. They are such polar opposites. The eldest is very bright, reserved, calm, and low maintenance while the other is extremely social, bossy, kinda mean, and very high strung, type A. They stayed in their own spheres until covid. Now they interact and 80% of the time it is cute and nice. The 20% is frightening with the younger one the instigator. I do wish there was a third but I am an old Mama. |
Yes, my younger one instagates and often lashes out in her anger. |
| Mine are 13 and 10. They fight from time to time but for the most part they get along well. The pandemic has definitely brought them closer together, which I'm very grateful for. I think the age gap is perfect for them because they can share common interests without being in direct competition with one another. |
| Two girls here! 5.5 and 3.5. I love it. |
| Mine are 6 and 9 and I am in awe of how close they are. My sister and I have the same age gap and never got along, never had things in common. My girls will read and play games together for hours. Yes, the know exactly how to push each other’s buttons and yes, they fight - but mostly they are a complete delight and it is wonderful to see them get along so well. |
