If your child qualified for CES but was not selected in the lottery (elementary school)

Many years from now when your kid is getting B & C s their 3rd year of community college, I want you to remember back when you thought they were brilliant

Thats a lot of projection right there. This has nothing to do with parents thinking their snowflakes are brilliant. Kids that qualified for the CES lottery but didn’t get a spot were supposed to be provided enrichment at their home school, and that is not happening. But if it makes you feel better to snark that some kid will be pulling Cs in their 3rd year of community college, have at it. Let me guess you have a “my kid beat up your honors kid” bumper sticker.
