I love plain cheerios, I add a little sugar for the kids and it's still fewer grams than a fully-sugared cereal.
I also mix sugar and low-sugar cereal for the kids -- maybe 2/3 of the bowl is a low-sugar cereal and 1/3 is sugared. For example: Shredded wheat and frosted shredded wheat. Corn flakes or bran flakes and frosted flakes. Plain cheerios and flavored cheerios. |
