I really don’t like Sherelle handled the commission changes. First off, 95-5 split is insanely generous. Greater than most brokerages in the dmv. I’ve never heard of anyone getting over a 90/10. But the way she dismissed Rena when she brought it up was so unprofessional. Sherelle has no business as a broker. |

Sherrelle has an amazing team behind her and she needs to get into leadership training before she losing them
Shawuana doesn’t seem like the person who is fit to operate the business in comparison to Rena Rena needs to leave and open her own firm. She’ll do amazing, she’s honestly my fave so far. The two young girls and amazing, seeing them be on track to have this successful of a career at their young age is inspiring to young women. I’m glad she let the other girl go, and Laura is next. I don’t see why she’s keeping dead weight. |

I really can't stand Sherelle's accent. I am losing respect for her since she is with Chad O Johnson. What a tool.

It really is. I'm all for some manufactured reality TV drama, but trying to dredge up 8 year old arguments between the agents and present them as relevant was really tired this last season. |

I am about 4 episodes in. I think the 2 young girls are sharp and fun. Rena needs to leave. The owner is holding her back.
