Financial Aid - Trying to Get Realistic Sense

we are a family with HHI last year of $300K - three kids in tuition charging schools , each recieve about 50% aid. THe program they use basically will tell you what you can afford and you have to submit literally everything. They will also expect some from the 529 s if in their names. So at $235K HHI and only one in tution I think you will get a little .. but likely not 50%

You got aid with a HHI of 300K? Quite astonishing. The schools couldn’t find needier families?

There are so many truly poor families in Washington, DC. So many that cannot afford to live the boundaries of well performing public schools.
