where can I get pie at this point?

Agree. Also, it's not that easy to make a pie from scratch.
OP, the fancy places probably already sold out of their pre-orders, but any grocery store should still have pies. I like the ones at Fresh Market. If for some reason you strike out, there are always some in the freezer section, Ms. Smith or Sara Lee brand.

+1 frozen pies are surprisingly good. I’m a good baker but I don’t enjoy making pie. Edwards frozen pies are great. I’ve served them to friends and family who raves about them.

Pentagon Costco has them as of today.
Or make my favorite lazy apple pie--buy a crust, cut up apples (peeling optional), add about a cup of sugar, bake one hour at 350.
