How high risk is a pump it up party?

If holiday travel/seeing family was really critical, I wouldn’t go. I limited my trips to those kinds of places even before Covid if we had something really important coming up and I didn’t want to risk a kid getting sick.

Definitely use lots of hand sanitizer... especially if they still have kids jumping into those god-awful ball pits -- do NOT let your kids go in there during normal times, but certainly not during covid (but I'd assume that they've removed all of those by now for sanitary purposes due to covid?).

You don’t get it from surfaces.

This. I wouldn't have taken my kids to a Pump It Up/bounce house type party right before the holidays even before Covid - they always got sick a few days after going to one of these. I understand the appeal, but I still hate parties at germ factories like this.

Covid is not the only thing out there, PP.
