We did a friendsgiving one year and a friend priced everything out and Harris Teeter was the cheapest by far. We had about 12 people in our group and got 2 full meals and had plenty of leftovers. We really liked the turkey but some of the sides were meh.

I ordered from Farmers, Fishers, Bakers last year. Same menu at all their locations. It was really good however portions were pretty small. https://www.wearefoundingfarmers.com/thanksgiving-to-go/
