Oh please. This is not a POC just walking down the street or even engaging in nuisance or misdemeanor activity. This is a direct threat to innocent lives. I am very much team don't call the police but this is a situation where a 911 call is appropriate.

They're endangering others. It's not a victimless offensive. Just as bad as drunk driving. Maybe they won't kill anyone, but maybe they will.

Why would you assume these drivers are black? Are you saying only black people engage in dangerous driving behaviors in high-end exotic cars?

911. I've done it before when cars were obviously racing on the GW parkway. I would never call over excessive speeding, but actually multi care racing is incredibly dangerous.

Are they racing or just driving really fast in a pack, for fun? They probably have better reflexes and reaction time than you or me.
