I understand wanting to know 100%. But what does 100% look like for you, OP? I say this with kindness. He takes a cock ring to work. If you were to track him to an address, would that give you 100% certainty? Or would you then feel the need to see inside the building where he goes?

My point is, you might be going down a rabbit hole when you could simply confront him with the cock ring and condoms, and go from there.

Hired a PI for a friend once to get evidence. It was easier and not that expensive (it wasn't hard to get the initial pictures/evidence). Then you have it IF you need to use it/get gaslighted. Family member never had to show the video, but did have to describe it to spouse to prove they knew what was going on. Shut that argument down as there was no way to deny.

You have it if you need it. And I do think for my friend it was something needed to move on. Wondering and being pretty sure are not the same as having proof.

PP here: Also years later when her ex tried to gaslight adult children, she did the same. I have something if you want to see it. They never did, but then knew the truth.
