For serious HS player top choices in the narrow DC metro area are:

Stars
Canes
Arlington United
HCYP Riders
Frederick Hustlers

Of course, I'm talking one or two top teams from these brands. For example, Stars has many weak teams.

Rest is B level baseball when you talk about "serious" player.
