Cough relief for younger kids?

+1 I'm not a natural remedy kinda person so I was also skeptical but that stuff works.

In addition to drinking lots of water, steamy showers, and a humidifier, I find that a dose of ibuprofen really helps my kids (and me) with a cough.

I always forget about Vaporub, but I am going to try that next time, too.
