Many school systems are requiring athletes to test daily before attending practice. They are doing it to try and prevent entire teams from having to do a 2 week quarantine and miss games.

What club are you talking about? I think it would be helpful to know the actual policies you are talking about.

That aside, I'm not sure what you think is illegal about this. No club is required to allow your child to play for them. They are a private organization that can absolutely require proof of a negative covid test in order to participate.

+1000. Just the same as our private school requires weekly covid test. if you dont agree, you can leave.
