Agree 1000 percent. I don’t get the appeal of going somewhere with so much to be fearful for. |
Maybe you’re just overly fearful in general. It’s OK, some people are wired that way. Mexico is an amazing country and will be fine without you. |
Enjoy your cheap vacation. Hope nothing happens where you the help of their police! |
Just stop the slurs please. |
“Unofficially, it was learned that the tourist complex does not have signs that announce the presence of crocodiles and does not have surveillance personnel in the areas.“ |
+ 1. Been there many times. Love Mexico. |
+2 Amazing country with very friendly and hard working people. |
You realize this teaches them that humans are sources of food right? Not saying you controlled it, but this makes the grounds more dangerous. |
You don’t want to be there and need specialized or trauma-level medical care. I’m not surprised the child lost his leg. |
LOL, you know they have gators in the USA too, right? Sketchy AF. ![]() |
Florida has alligators and, in south Florida, crocodiles. You learn never to swim in fresh water (unless it’s cold spring water). And you don’t walk near any body of fresh water no matter how shallow. We back up to the golf course. We had a large gator in the water hazard. He loved the fountain. We always check the pool before swimming even though it’s completely enclosed. This is a tragic story. But it happens in Florida as well. |
You are so ignorant. Have you ever been to DC, Baltimore or Florida? Murder, Murder and Gators. |
they need to install nets and shoot the crocs or not have the resort there |
LOL! Not have the resort where crocs live? Have you been to SC or FL? Gators all over the place. |
A follow-up article showed the sign posted, but the area wasn't gated/fenced off. |
