I feed my dog Fromms (no issues so far), minimal low fat treats, no peanut butter, cheese, etc. She's gotten very sick on fatty treats to the point where she needed medication--doesn't digest it properly.
Mini schnauzers are the most loyal, affectionate companions. Definitely a little high strung, but it's a small price to pay for that much love.
