GBRS Question

Anonymous
Does anyone (any FFX Cty teachers on here?) know when the GBRS is completed by the 2nd grader's teacher/committee for AAP placement in centers? I want to discuss my child with his teacher, but am reluctant to make her feel uncomfortable that I am trying to influence her rating for AAP. I am not sure about AAP for him (very shy!) and would really appreciate his teacher's input on what she sees in the classroom, his interaction with other kids, etc. I thought if I waited until the GBRS was done, she wouldn't feel uncomfortable. We have a good relationship. Anyone been on the other side of this process (non-parent) and can give me good advice on whether it is ok to talk to the teacher about aap and when would be a good time to do so? Also - I've seen some parents on other threads mentioning they saw their child's GBRS -- wondering how they saw it - if that was you, could you tell me? Thanks.

I saw it after the referral deadline, when I requested a meeting with the AART at our school to review the portfolio that was submitted to the central selection committee.
