College Gardens ES in Rockville - what's the story with bullying

| I read several articles about the high number of bullying incidents reported over the years at College Gardens ES in Rockville. I hear that this number has now suddenly significantly dropped. What is the situation there? Are the incidents not being reported? Any other explanation? |
