It depends upon how far along you were. If it was very early on, then your next period will show up on schedule or just a couple of days late. The further along you are, the higher your hcg and the longer it will take for your hcg drop and your AF to return.
Last fall I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks and AF returned about 4 weeks after the miscarriage. |
