How can it possibly br worth it for BL counsel to be involving Perez Hilton??? By continuing to push on Perez, judge just ordered them to had over “confidential” Exhibit F- cannot imagine they want to hand over anything to Perez, but it’s right that he cannot respond pro de unless they do. He won’t be able to release the confidential info to his subscribers, but he can milk that he got it in 1000 posts. Digging a hole for themselves or do they really think he has the smoking gun?

Heh, maybe acting pro se was a 4d chess move so he could access attorney's eyes only stuff. He won't be able to resist leaking info from it, and Lively will respond with a huffy letter to the judge full of bold italics. Their motion goes quite hard against him - calls him not a journalist but more of a paid advertising shill. My guess is he's something in between, he's not a journalist going after the unbiased truth but exercises his own editorial discretion on what to publish based on his personal likes and dislikes and what gets clicks, not because TAG or Freedman literally told him to. They want the Nevada case moved back to NY, and Perez has been shit talking about Liman on that docket, hah. |

I'm surprised by how much love they have for Leslie Sloane, I always assumed she was a menace. I guess though that's why she's been a publicist for so long though with such high-profile clients -- she probably has good relationships with journalists...or at least knows which journalists she should have good relationships with. |

| I don't like Perez, but is it just me or do Blake supporters act a little hysterical over him? He was gross back in the day, but no one takes him seriously now and everyone thinks he's a loser. Blake supporters act like he's some sort of violent misogynist and that platforming him is an act of violence, when Blake is the one emboldening him and giving him the attention he craves by sending over those subpoenas. |

Hah, no, just watched the clip and it doesn't mention Sloane. It's an anecdote where Lively is doing press for the "Age of Adeline" movie and it's been arranged that they can only ask pre-ordained questions from her rep and one of them is "What do you like about the 1930s?" So she asks the question and Blake is all "Ugh, did you even see the movie? It takes place over 3 decades..." and stomps off. Too funny. Now it makes me wonder if that time she was complaining "would you ask a man about the costumes?" if that wasn't actually a question from her own reps! |

I don't like Blake but refuse to cheer for Perez. He is and has always been revolting. I tried to watch one of his videos about this subject but I just can't. Nails on a chalkboard. I view him as a parasite and don't really care what happens to him here. I don't think he is working for Wayfarer and doubt going after him will lead to a legal win for Blake, but I'd be fine with him getting knocked around by the court for all his behavior because he's really awful. Actually, shutting up Perez Hilton might make me respect Lively a little. |
