Are there any Maryland elementary schools (private and public) that enroll children in kindergarten with late birthdays (after 1 Oct)?

In MoCo and most, if not all neighboring counties, you can apply for early entrance kindergarten for birthdays between Sept 1-Oct 15.

If the birthday falls within the six weeks after school starts, MoCo will allow your child to be assessed for kindergarten readiness. If he/she passes, then he/she can be admitted. I hear from some teacher friends that the principal of the ES has discretion about whether to allow testing in.
