actual store (not online) to buy a desk

DD, who is 9 yrs old, needs a new desk, and I have been having trouble finding one. We need white (not antique white) and are looking for something traditional (not modern), with drawers and a hutch. I like the PBkids desks but one we like only comes in Antique White, and the other has reviews that say it's problematic - putting it together is hard, the hardware doesn't work, desk drawer doesn't slide, etc. Is there an actual store (not Ikea - not looking for anything that modern) that sells desks, where I won't keep wasting money on returns (ie at Overstock)? I feel at such a loss as I am usually a total online shopper. Thanks!

Belfort in Sterling has a kids section. I know that Stanley Young America (which they carry) has collections that include kids' desks. You will probably have to order it though.
