Blake also added an insta post to her complaint, alleging anyone dealing with her at the time would know she was in NYC, because she said so in her post. https://x.com/justice4bjs/status/1950905134352883826?s=61
They are so lucky to have drawn Liman. |
Of course it is. Liman will rule in their favor, right before he hits the tennis courts with Gottlieb for a match. |
Yes, they can play at Century Country Club, then go for a sail at Little Peconic Yacht Club and cap it off at the Harvard Club, or a meeting of the Liman Foundation or Supreme Court Historical Society, all organizations where Liman is a member per his nomination disclosures. |
Imagine writing Wallace is subject to NY jurisdiction because Lively posted "blue jean baby, NY lady" with a straight face. |
Because no one ever pays third parties to post for them with photos that have been saved up - everything is 100% taken exact moment it is posted and by the individual themselves! |
Lively also included a photo of herself at Kelly and Mark which was filmed in NY... and she's wearing her florals! So how is Wallace going to get out of that one? The florals clearly prove it was promo for IEWU as he knows due to his monitoring, lol. |
Yup, it’s bonkers. |
I thought it was weird Blake's team would backtrack on some of the subpoeanas given how brazen and unchecked they've been (so why stop now?), so now I'm not surprised to learn their goal is to subpoeana 107 creators. Wtf |
Racking up the attorney’s fees. Meanwhile, despite the Liman/Gottlieb love fest, they are losing by more each day on the pr front. |
So reportedly the deposition is happening as we speak and Justin is there. |
It's weird how much focus people have on Lively deposition, but I've never heard anything about Jusin's or Jamey's deposition. Or Jen Abel! That one could be bananas because you know Lively's attorneys would go after her for the critical things she said about Baldoni behind his back.
Why do people only seem to care about Lively's depo? Presumably she will pretty much say what she said in her complaint. Wheres the people on the other side, I don't have a clear idea about what they would say. The complaint they filed for the dismissed case was an amalgamation of their perspectives. There is significantly more chance for their depos to be revealing or determinative than for Lively's to be. |
1) This is Lively's lawsuit and 2) she's been constantly contradicting herself throughout this entire debacle, even lying about who wrote that stupid ass rooftop scene. Like I don't think she has made a single 100% truthful claim. I'm very interested in how she would explain certain things. |
I'm interested in all of them, but come on... hers is the centerpiece, she's the plaintiff, there are lots of omitted and unclear details in her complaint. I can think of a million questions to ask about the SH. |
DP Ooh, this sounds like a fun thought exercise: What would you ask?! |
Hah... What were you actually wearing in the birth scene? Who was present during that scene? Did Mondschein do anything to make you uncomfortable? How do you know whether the set was closed? What were you wearing when Heath came into your dressing room? Who was present? What body parts were visible? How many times did he turn around? Was he animated or standing still? Did you feel like he did it on purpose? Did you say you knew he wasn't copping a look? Why did you say that? What was the context of your conversation with Baldoni when he said he didn't always ask for consent? Why did you change your narrative about the dance scene? What does "never with teeth" mean? |
