Confectioner's sugar

I'm almost out of regular granulated sugar. Don't want to go out tomorrow but must have my coffee. I have confectioner's sugar. Would this taste the same in my coffee? I know it has cornstarch in it, so that's why I'm asking. Thoughts?

I'm not sure but if I did try I'd try to mix it with some water first, get all the clumps out and then pour it in..otherwise you'll get all these clumps probably.

The percentage of cornstarch is pretty low. I'm guessing it won't be the best, but it'll work.

You can also try honey or maple syrup (though syrup will add flavor).
