Comcast Sucks!!!!!!!!

I live in Arlington, VA
My cable and internet service have been down for the past 4 days!(I work from home)
I have called COMCAST over 6 times and had my phone calls put on hold for very long!
I pay my bills on time.
I am considering disconnecting my usage with this company completely.
Can anyone else recommend their company.

Who the fuck do you think you are? Ted Koppel? Saying Comcast sucks is like saying it's dark at night. Everyone knows it, everyone says it and there's even a separate website devoted to it. Face it, we're screwed. What's the alternative, Verizon? New landlord, same problems. WE'RE FUCKED!
